The high quality production starts with product development.

We use our wealth of experience gained in serving the sandwich industry over many years to ensure that you receive consistently high quality products from our STS accredited production facility, based in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside.


We operate a comprehensive technical facility, which includes a fully operational HACCP system giving complete traceability on all products. Full production hygiene checks, process controls, metal detection and finished product assessment including microbiological and nutritional analysis at a UKAS accredited laboratory are in place. Combined with our on-going programme of shelf life testing you can be sure that our product quality is as good in week twenty two as it was on the day of production, giving you complete food safety confidence every time!

New product development features high on our list of priorities ensuring we keep our customers at the fore-front of changing eating trends. We are continually working to develop new products and can also offer a bespoke development service for your own ideas.
